The new manager is very rude and unprofessional. Harasses the residents that actually pay their rent and tries to make it miserable for them. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all until they get a decent manager and clean it up.
Jun 30, 2025 · Denise UnderwoodThe new manager is not professional at all one week she drives all the way to the back of the park to tell me I can't park in front of my sisters, so I moved, then a week or so later she blocks me from leaving the park on account she was visiting with another tenant in the roadway telling me to wait till she is done well of course we had words, then she proceeds to go harassing my sister & brother in-law. When they had no idea what incident she just caused...then on the same note stop at my good friend's house to tell them she doesn't appreciate their friend. To my knowledge she has been fired from another one of the mobile parks for her unprofessionalism. She needs to be fired before she does the same at this park.She has no right to enforce rules that she doesn't abide by. She deliberately caused the incident she really thinks she is professional she has her husband read the meters while she sits in her car he tells her the meter #'s which are all wrong. I'm sure to her advantage with her past history. Something has to be done about her she can't keep harassing tenants & their guests

Typical and as expected with a pool and laundry room up front and mobile homes running down a fork in the driveway in 2 directions. Always quiet when I go visit a friend, clean and well taken care of.

We paid for the background check, did the application online, but because there was management change, they “can’t find” the information. Everytime I call for an update, I get an excuse they will get back to me by the end of the day or week. I’ve been told “my boss is aware of the situation”. Yet I never get a call. I asked for the bosses information to contact her directly, and to no avail, I got nothing but another excuse. At this point we just want a refund for no service rendered and part ways. Next step will be escalation via HCD.
