- Well-Kept Properties: The phrase "very well kept" for the homes implies that residents take pride in their properties, contributing to the overall appealing aesthetic of the community.
- Nice Neighbors: The presence of "really nice neighbors" is a crucial aspect of any community. This suggests a friendly and respectful resident base, fostering positive interactions and a strong sense of belonging.

- Responsive Management: The positive impression of the management team suggests that residents feel heard and supported, contributing to a more positive living experience.
It's important to acknowledge that, as with any community, individual experiences can vary. Some feedback also mentions challenges such as close proximity of neighbors, potential insulation issues leading to temperature fluctuations, and concerns about black mold in some trailers, as well as perceptions of high prices and discrepancies in yard maintenance responsibilities between residents and management. Oct 28, 2024 · Kristy RileyIt's an all right place if you don't mind your neighbors living on top of you, black mold or trailers that stay the temperature of outside because they aren't insulated very well. Not to mention the price that's absolutely ridiculously high. And they will fine you for not having the grass around the trailer perfectly trimmed, when the rest of the yard that is there responsibility is knee high.
Jun 05, 2025 · Gus HeirtzlerI’ve lived here a few different times but with the new management it has grown so much. Such a quiet and clean park with respectful neighbors. The management here is so phenomenal they go above and beyond for their residents. I would 100% recommend living here!
Oct 31, 2024 · Catherine SutterI own my unit and I am very happy here. Quiet and safe. 2 storm shelters on property are always clean. Playground for kids with plenty of space to run and play. Clean park and neighbors care and watch out for one another.
Oct 31, 2024 · Grace MasonThe park is having noticable improvements which will be nice when everything is finished. The manager,Jamie Jacobs, is friendly and will stay on top of a problem if it occurs. What is a struggle is the renters that live here if we need something replaced or repaired we seem to be at the bottom of the list of a priority, not from the manager but her getting the approval for funds from who she has to go to. But yet they are on top of raising our rent every year
