Pavilion RV Park is conveniently located at 635 Mane St, West Monroe, LA 71292, USA. This address places it in a highly accessible spot for travelers navigating through Louisiana. Its most significant advantage is its proximity to I-20, a major interstate highway, making it an ideal "quick overnight stop" for those on the road. The ease of access from the interstate means less time navigating local roads and more time relaxing.
While the park itself might be slightly "back off the road," clear GPS directions make it simple to find. This slightly set-back position can contribute to a quieter environment away from direct highway noise, while still benefiting from nearby conveniences. Being in West Monroe, residents and visitors have ready access to local amenities such as restaurants, gas stations, and various shops, ensuring that all immediate needs can be met without extensive travel. Its central location also makes it a good base for exploring the wider Monroe-West Monroe area and its attractions.
Pavilion RV Park provides a range of essential services designed to ensure a comfortable and functional stay for all RVers. Based on public information and recent customer feedback, key services include:
- Full Hookups: All sites are equipped with full hookups, including water, sewer, and electricity (30 or 50 amp), providing complete convenience for all RV types.

- Responsive and Friendly Staff: Customer reviews consistently highlight the "extremely nice and helpful" staff, as well as "the best phone experience when we called for a reservation." This indicates a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
- On-Site Laundry Facilities: A "legit" laundry room with a change machine is available, making it convenient for travelers to refresh their clothing during their stay.
- Bath House with Showers: Clean facilities for restrooms and showers are provided, which are essential amenities for many RVers.
- Wi-Fi Access: Wi-Fi is available, particularly strong in the main building/rec room, allowing guests to stay connected. Efforts are being made to expand Wi-Fi infrastructure for full coverage at all sites.
While Pavilion RV Park is noted for its practicality and functionality, it also offers features that enhance the overall experience for its guests:
- Under New Management & Ongoing Changes: The park is currently "under new management, and changes are being made." This suggests an active effort to improve and update the facilities, which is a positive sign for future visitors.
- Dedicated Rec Room: A "very nice rec room" is available, providing a comfortable space for guests to relax and "cool off in." This communal area is a valuable amenity, especially for longer stays.
- Mixture of Overnight & Long-Term Stays: While catering to "full-timers" or long-term residents, the park also welcomes "overnighters," creating a diverse community of travelers and residents. This mix can offer a different dynamic compared to purely transient parks.
- Treed Areas for Shade: The presence of "nice treed area for shade" is a significant benefit, particularly in Louisiana's often warm climate, providing natural cooling and a more pleasant outdoor environment around the RV sites.
- Pond with Bridge and Bench: Some reviews mention a "nice little pond with a bridge and bench," offering a quiet spot for relaxation and a touch of natural beauty within the park.
- Pet-Friendly Environment: The park is generally pet-friendly, allowing guests to travel with their furry companions, a crucial feature for many RV owners.
- Proximity to Local Attractions: The park is close to the Ike Hamilton Expo Pavilion and a Pilot travel center, providing easy access to food and other essential amenities.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Pavilion RV Park was a quick overnight stop. The staff was extremely nicd and helpful. Mostly full-timers. We were the only overnighter. They did mention they are under new management, and changes are being made. There is nothing appealing about your site. Just pull up and park. But they did have a very nice rec room and it was nice to cool off inFull hook up was $44
June 29 · Michelle BennettWe had the best phone experience when we called for a reservation. Definitely follow the GPS directions, as it's a bit back off the road. Either our neighbor's black tank stinks, or it may be outside in general. Otherwise, nice treed area for shade.
May 29 · Kathy CrowellStairs here on our way to the east coast. Very friendly service lovely space and pull through made so we did not have to unhook! Easy to get to from interstate
October 30 · pam jamesGood if needed for an overnight stop, a lot of permanent people but most everyone seems friendly. Due to cost of living they do not give any club discounts. Laurie took our call and was very nice and helpful.. Wifi only works near the main building so did not try it.
June 11 · Becky LorettePark is clean. Management is super friendly and gave us lots of helpful details when making our last minute reservation. It is NOT really Big Rig friendly if you are over 40 ft long. Our site was not long enough to stay hitched and we had to park sideways after unhitching ... with our trailer almost in the lane at the back. Trees made getting into and out of the site difficult. We were super glad there was no one across from us when pulling out as we had to pull forward quite a bit before turning so we didn't hit the trees. Sites are also very close together and not a lot of grass. It worked ok for an overnight stop.
