It's quite and clean and it is managed by the most Amazing Manager Mrs. Fran who keeps us informed about everything that is going on dealing with the park We wouldn't have it any other way no surprises.

She is an amazing manager. She takes care of everyone. She watches out for everyone she makes sure that everyone is comfortable, she’s very fair. She has made this property Since before she came, it was a bad place. The roads look great. They have been upgraded and blacktopped. This would be an awesome place for you to set your family if you wanted to live in a community in Pensacola

Streets have been paved but wish the driveways were to because now it puddles in the driveway because the road is higher than them. Just have an issue with one resident but it seems like a lost cause because she feels if she kisses butt the rules are above her. 4 cars all over the grass blocking neighbors access to back door and parking in the neighbors driveway they don't know it's there's but it is. Leaves her dogs out late at night barking. Always been an issue since the day she moved in. But will be the first to complain about people. Also has a camera on her porch facing the mailbox close enough to zoom in on your mail as you get it.

Didn't provide me with power and blamed my RV which is a RECEPTACLE for power and threatened with towing, called police and harassed me all while not providing power, am AGREEMENT of our lease agreement. They refused to give me my money back and is threatening other tenants with 5 day notices for unevictable offenses. No power, slam full dumpster and they kept my money. Suing them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
