The guy told me that the showers/restrooms would be done with repairs by the end of the week. My husband is to big to use our shower so I called him back the next day and told him that if he contacted me after they were completed we'd gladly rent a spot from him. He called me back the next morning and said that it would be a couple months before they're completed and asked if we still wanted the spot.
