We have lived in this neighborhood for a number of years now. In my opinion, this is a wonderful community. After reading some of the other reviews, I wonder why the lower score and the comment that the managers are too picky. As far as I am aware, there is only one manager. Pat seems like a nice person and a fair manager. SHE is the reason the park is as nice as it's been. Yes there are rules. No more than some HOA rules in other places. If you want to keep vehicles on your lawn, or don't ever mow it, want to play loud music all night or speed down the street barely avoiding pets and people, don't want to live in a family friendly, fairly quiet neighborhood...find another place to live. It's that simple. Yes, we have gotten a couple notices about different rules. After all is said and done, I appreciate the reminder. She is just doing her job and makes the community worth living in. Management is great I have never had an real issue with them. Its very nice that we have the elementary and middle school across the street. This place is a wonderful community to live in.
