Parkside Manor Mobile Home Community Reviews
Ghetto!!!! Graffiti, robbed, don’t believe me drive thru. Moved in 1.5 years ago. I have been robbed 3 times. The lady across from me has had her car broken into 2 times. Made all these claims about landscaping and improvements. All I have seen is them cutting down trees and leaving the mess for people to clean up. Every time I turn around they complain about something, now it’s $50 fine for leaving the trash can at the edge of the driveway, what about all elderly people who can’t drag the garbage every week, but yet people can drive at high rate of speed drive on people’s lawns, and to avoid speed bumps, and nothing gets said and you no, you can’t put up any fence to stop it. I have also, had my home spray painted with graffiti, called my insurance, but because I’m a leasing person it falls back to the park, they have done nothing!! And yes my car was vandalized catalytic converter cut. Stay away! Far away!!!
Oct 19, 2024 · Margaret RabacaMoved in a few months ago & at first was hesitant because I didn't know what to expect from a mobile home park..Owners seem absolutely amazing, the rules they have are more than understandable & it seems like the one star reviews lack logic. I applaud you all for your outstanding park & making this a family friendly environment! - our family appreciates everything you all do for us & the community! 💕

Mar 06, 2025 · dawn scottThey are a very trashy park. Each time I've been there they still have trash and dumpsters on empty lots with trash on the ground. Their lot rent goes up all the time, and they don't repair the sewage or water lines anymore. Has switched hangs multiple times. They want you to go by their rules, yet they don't give a lease. Wouldn't recommend
