Lived in the park for about 3 years now. The property has changed owners 3 times in as many years. Water is shut off at least once a month for “repairs”. Usually go a few hours at a time without water, and has been up to 12 hours. Reporting any issues is a nightmare, let alone having someone come rectify it. Trash all over the property, except where the office is, they make sure to keep that looking nice. $50 fee for yard not being mowed, when they neglect vacant lots across from you. It’s insanity.
