I've lived here since 2006. Current owner and management I rate D-. The owner fails to maintain even the most basic things like the road to enter the park. The last two rainy seasons have damaged the road so severely that it's like an obstacle course to avoid the potholes and no repairs have been attempted since. Space rents are far higher than in town. When repairs are done it's only because county officials order them too. The community here is family oriented and we get along with each other. It's a safe place to live when it comes to crime. If management and the owner took care of the upkeep here I would give five stars!
