Paradise Groves MHC Reviews
I love living here. I bought my home a little over 2 years ago. Staff is really friendly. It's a very safe place to live. Maintenance is always riding around as security too. They have rules but who doesn't? They're not difficult to follow. I love that it's a family park because I have grandchildren that visit me a lot.
Jul 01, 2025 · Lori HallBefore moving in, check your reviews check yelp check Reddit upside very clean very quiet if you like HOA this place puts the hoa in hoa If you have more than three cars do not live here and do not park out front of your place to long it’s 100$ fee every single time they see the car out front and the rest of the The House communities doesn’t want you so don’t park your car in the houses surrounding Or the People in the houses will vandalize your car with stickers, threatening to tow your car off of public property ps staff do talk to the House owners around so don’t think your sneaky also make sure the place you get is up to their standards if you’re getting a third-party place because they will evict you if the owner that sold you the place by Third-party owner Don’t notice you or fix the things that they require the owner to fix to be able To be up to their standards to be able to live here if you have a visitor, They can park at the visitors for two hours anything further than that they may be at risk of being towed Also, if they plan to be to stay a little bit longer than that, you could run the license plate in the car information to the office and they will give you a pass But if you live there, do not park in the lot by the little park area and the pool it’s for visitors only You will get a 100-65$ fee on your bill if you do park there you’ll be at risk of towing you will be treated like a Peasant to a degree by the staff with no visible customer service does not feel like a home feels like a prison hoping these days go by quick so I can actually get the Credit so I can purchase a home The neighbors very friendly everyone is very quiet there are kids running around so just be mindful when driving hopefully they don’t try to evict me for leaving a review or we’ll just a heads up

Apr 21, 2025 · Marie LeeThe staff is lovely and helpful and the house is beautiful! The neighbors are also sweet. One of the best places to live! There are a lot of cats walking around, but the staff keeps it clean.
Aug 21, 2024 · Sarah JeanThis isn't a review but more of a heads up as of 4/11/25 from what i've seen there is currently one house for sale and one for rent, same goes for some tenant owned homes. Rent is Around to 1,800 monthly, So give it some thought. Pretty good place to live in, and people won't bug you. Easygoing and friendly neighbors. Quite the amount of cats, but usually mind themselves, and don't bother much, except the occasional cat fights at 1 am. Besides that, pretty good area to live in, no riff raffs, quick access to a highway, and the surrounding houses and apartments make this a small area of peace. I do have to note that some tenants WILL set their dogs lose and chase cats, which have ended up in our drive way, and i've had to either chase the dogs away or throw a bucket of water on them, so please, keep your dogs on a leash, and don't set them loose on cats. I have been hearing about kids randomly running into the street playing, while there are cars passing by, so would appreciate it if parents would watch their kids more closely. Also, dog owners don't carry a doggie bag and will let the dogs do their business on other people's homes, please have a look into it. One more thing to add, some houses have had sounds of really REALLY loud thumping, like they were either gonna fly out of the wall or fall straight through the floor, might be kids playing too rough, but dunno, it's still one of the newer houses. There is a plus side, so that there won't be speeders down on 71st ave, there is a cop who stays there from the morning hours till around 2 or 3, so extra safety.
