What is Worth Choosing Paradise Cove RV Resort & Marina?
For Oregonians and visitors seeking a classic coastal adventure, Paradise Cove RV Resort & Marina stands out for its direct waterfront access and focus on marine activities. The key reasons to choose this park are rooted in its location and recreational features:
The ability to have your RV parked mere feet from the water and to launch a boat or cast a line without leaving the property is a tremendous convenience that few coastal parks can offer. The presence of a dedicated, large crab cooker highlights the resort's commitment to the authentic crabbing and fishing lifestyle of the Oregon Coast.
The community feel, evidenced by friendly long-term residents and the central clubhouses, provides a welcoming atmosphere. While some long-time visitors note that certain once-available resort amenities, like the pool and hot tub, are no longer operational, the core offerings—the beautiful bay views, the full hookup RV sites, and the superior marina access—remain its enduring strengths.
If your priorities are breathtaking waterfront views, a quiet place to unwind, and a great base for fishing, crabbing, and exploring the North Coast beaches of Rockaway Beach, Manzanita, and Tillamook, Paradise Cove RV Resort & Marina is certainly worth considering for your next Oregon adventure.
The combination of clean, dedicated facilities (especially the clean and well-maintained bathrooms/showers frequently praised by guests) and the stunning natural backdrop on Nehalem Bay makes it a valued spot for many who frequent this stretch of U.S. 101. It is a no-frills, authentic coastal RV experience where the natural beauty and the opportunity for outdoor recreation take center stage over luxury resort amenities.
Before booking, especially if you have a larger RV (over 40 feet) or require a specific amenity like a pool, it is prudent to contact the resort directly to confirm current accommodations and facilities to ensure the best possible stay. The staff, known for their helpfulness and friendly demeanor, are the best source for current operational details.

Paradise Cove RV Resort & Marina Reviews
Beautiful picturesque views. Most staff were friendly. The gentleman with the reservations was stellar. While there, one seemed to be lacking social skills but was helpful. The other was friendly but not very knowledgeable.I have been coming here for over 30 years, so seeing the place turning to rubbish is hard. Definitely some safety concerns like the stairs. They are working on the roads, so hopefully, that gets better. No pool or hot tub. Also, the women's bathrooms in the old pool area is inoperable. They had no boat rentals. No longer can claim a resort at all. That being said it was a beautiful marina trailer park. We were lucky enough to get a waterfront rv spot. Just beautiful. The club house was still kicking, and they have clean bathrooms.
July 06 · Esther HopkinsWe stayed in the tent area, that area is well maintained. But the club house, that has the only accessible bathroom for that area, was closed down. People were still using it though. It is unreasonable to close down a bathroom when the only other option for this campground is across the highway.Once upon a time I'm sure this resort was really cool. But the pools have been drained and not maintained for a long time. I wouldn't mind paying a bit more to stay here if it meant they were able to get the clubhouse up and running again.
July 27 · Samantha ClausenThe place is a dump, long term residence took all the top spots with sewer, almost impossible to back your trailer into a spot because of all the planters and cars. You book for a waterfront spot but then they are all taken bc of the first come first serve rule. Workers are nice, dock is nerve wrecking, pool has never worked. The boil pot for the crabs is the best part of this place. You pay for the price, if you have good company then its not so bad. All said and done, i will be giving the place another shot.
July 17 · BethThe park's maintenance has been let go. The road is in sad shape getting from check in hut to rv spaces. The pool and hot tubs were not working. RV Spaces are very narrow. The views are beautiful. If you have a boat, having a boat launch and marina area and dock to keep your boat is a great feature. The dock needs some maintenance some areas better than others.
July 17 · PennyThe park is well maintained and the staff are friendly and eager to assist visitors when needed. The current manager is the reason the park is so nice to be in. The manager goes out of her way to be friendly and helpful. If she can do what you requested she will make sure it gets done.
