First the up side-neighbors are great, outdoor parts of property are well maintained. Now the downside, bought a home here in May 2021 and it had a number of unexpected problems. Besides needing a new roof, plumbing leaks in bathrooms, air conditioning/furnace constantly needing repair - 88F and blazing hot indoor, termite problem was taken care of but still finding bodies etc. sheds have rotting wooden floors under vinyl ... just not sure what home inspector inspected but certainly doesn’t seem like this house. The new Samsung appliances malfunction or some like frig and freezer don’t function at all. Maybe it is just this unit that was neglected. Had to have new appliances repaired under warranty but it was a drag being without refrigeration a week while awaiting service guy. As a buyer I should have checked more carefully what I was as getting into.Update Fall 2021- After settling in and getting most of the housing repairs taken care of ... it’s a great community to live in with an incredible location near a plethora of amenities...ie 25 minutes from really great beaches 🏖

Happy residents and a great and safe place to live. Unfortunately I lived with a miserable person and chose to move on, but I would like to be there again. Very safe neighborhood.

Rick and Jo's wife Cheryl have been there a year and love it. If we loved in Southern California would consider buying a place there.
