A very nice park, BUT, nasty and unscrupulous investment company runs the place. THEIR irrigation line burst under my vacation home and caused disastrous damage to my home while I was away. My insurance would not cover as it was determined it was parks responsibility. They refused to accept any responsibility since I did not report the pipe burst when it occurred. Ummm, I was away? Hello? Rental contract had arbitration clause so no lawsuit possible. Attorney fees to pursue not worth the trouble at this time. Decided to sell at a loss. Real bad taste in my mouth dealing with that ICI management company. Beware. They know how to work the system all in their favor. They have no concern or empathy for residents.
