It's cheaper than anything else in town I THINK... For the price it's not too bad except for the huge potholes ,I almost lost my truck in one 😂.. but seriously DRIVE VERY SLOW PLEASE for the kids and your vehicles safety...

It's a mobile home park so there are small yard areas, but many have toys in them (and pets!), children are always outside, the grounds aren't trashy.... I know several people who are long term residents who are quite happy. We've been to visit them and never encountered any disturbances. It seems like a nice place and our friends have given their recommendation. They say it's a quick and easy application process, too!

Not everyone has the same schedule, stop being lazy and get out of your car and knock on the doors. If asked the neighbors will turn music down, they're pretty good about that.
