We live there and we like it. The Camp Host Shirley is super. I just wished they would mow more often. All weeds!
Apr 05, 2025 · brenda parksThey advertise wifi, your lucky if you get your phone to work muchless watch a movie. The neighbors we have have NO control over their children. Running screaming in the camper so loud we have to keep our fans on so we don’t hear them. Can’t enjoy bbqing outside since they’re screaming most of the time. Host is wonderful! So sweet and accommodating. She did offer us to move spots. But after working 60 hours a week. We were just too exhausted. Shade trees are nice also the laundry facility is also a nice feature to have. Just ask about who your parking next too before you back in.
Nov 10, 2023 · Tawny BryantIt’s a smaller park with a unique layout, as it’s set into the side of a hill that sets it back from the road down into the trees. Even though it’s on a hill, all the sites were level, with gravel pads and concrete patios, and well-spaced where you didn’t feel packed in like sardines, but you could choose to park close if you were in a group. They had sites for all types of rigs, big and small (we’re big). There’s a pasture in the back where the neighbor’s horses graze, and a large grassy area in front of that for dogs of the park to go as well, all adding to the country feel along with the well chosen small touches evident around the park’s facilities. Terry, one of the owners, was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay, and the other owner Steve was responsive to a minor issue we had at the time. Being a newer park, there was still some work going on to add more sites (laying gravel, electrical, drainage work towards the sites in the back of the park) and make improvements (masonry retaining walls added around the end of a couple rows), but nothing that was disruptive to daily living when it was underway. The whole park is well kept and has new/clean facilities (bathroom/showers and laundry room). The washers/dryers are operated/paid for through an app called Pay Range, so you don’t have to worry about getting quarters, so that was nice. It’s close enough to everything that you would need to get to in the area. At the time we stayed, the rate was very reasonable compared to other places around. But that was a “move in special” at the time, so not sure how much longer they will be offering that rate. I expect this place will fill up, but hope to stay again if we’re ever back in the area.
May 09, 2020 · Karen DenvirI give this park one star because one there was way too many rocks driving through there Shirley could have a little bit better personality with people and three Steven won't allow anybody to have a window unit in their window on their RV so they can stay cool on hot summer days and we just didn't feel like we were welcome there with open arms we just recently moved out so I thought I'd leave a comment about how I truly felt about the park this is how I feel my opinion somebody else may have a different opinion but this is how I feel
Jul 14, 2024 · Travis DavidsonA great rv park. My dad lived here for a couple years. We just recently had to pull him to my home. But he loved the people and environment. They have spacious spaces with tress and a concrete spot for chairs.
