- We have lived here since 2014 we have seen three diffrent managers come and go. Mark and Rebeca are by far the best we have had!!! They are friendly and will go above and beyond to help you out. They are flexible and are willing to work with you on any situation. Mark work hard to keep the Park looking nice and Rebecca is allways so friendly and inviting when you go into the office. I love that Mark and Rebecca have children and understand the challenges having children and living in a Mobile Home Park, they work so hard to make this a truley Family Park. Neighbor here are all very friendly, stores and the mall all very close. The School here are also great. We love living here and a BIG THANK YOU to Mark and Rebecca for all your hard work!!!! - New landlord won't answer her phone and loud music all day and night after 10 pm I will not recommend anybody to live here she won't do anything because she lives on the property in a house without paying no bills she doesn't want to help or do any complaints I call the cops twice for loud music she don't care I left a voicemail do not direct a man to live here that's the lot cost a lot of money but then you can't have peace and quiet I think the person who owns his company needs to hire a new landlord that wants to do something about loud noise and kick them out April 30 · Nikki perkins
