My shower leaked water down the wall and molded the entire time. I told the manager and he said a contractor would get it to it. That never happened. Then I had a roof leak. I woke up one morning and it was raining in my living room. I called the office and they said there was nothing they could do until it stopped raining. For two to theee weeks nothing happened. It would just rain in my living room. Then after two weeks or more then was a storm. The storm blew off more shingles. The shingles destroyed my truck. I called Scott the mamanger and told him and a couple days later they put a new roof on. I have a quote to fix my truck. It was 3500 in damage. They never paid. I ended up buying a house and moving. I got a notice yesterday that they are charging me for the ceiling damage where their roof was leaking. They are charging me for the drywall repairs for their bathroom shower that leaked. They are charging me for the carpet that the rain in the living room damaged. They never paid for my truck and now hey are charging me 2200 for damages. Do not move to this place. It is the biggest scam in Milford. Would have given zero stars if I could have.

Mar 05, 2023 · brandy henryThe leasing manager or whoever that works there his name is Scott he is very unprofessional and seems like a mess and acts like he got the weight of the world on his shoulders. Called multiple times to get a showing scheduled. No response. When he finally answered for some reason he could not hear me talking so he cussed and hung up. I have also emailed to get in contact, still no response. Changed my mind about wanting to live here seems like the management will be a big problem. So I would consider this before moving in here.
