As of: March, 2025 - Angel, the manager here is difficult, not much help, and beware of letting your pet outside on his watch. One of my cats, wearing a name tag with phone #, was removed by him and never given back. I never even got the "why" explained to me or an apology. Lots of tweakers and undesirables are roaming the park regularly now, and items left out are disappearing from property. It is always loud with the freeway right here. The retaining wall is little to no help. Also, loud, unsupervised children seem to be everywhere at all hours now as well. NOT the nice, quiet, safe residence it once was anymore. There is absolutely no parking for guests in the entire park either. There are only 2 spaces in one driveway per unit. No guest lot/spaces other than the 5 in front of laundry building that can only be used when doing a wash - NO overnight parking allowed and cars do get towed. So, you decide. I've been living here for over 14 years at this point, so this is not an ignorant assessment, merely an honest one.

The park is so well kept up, management is good and the assistant is always out and about making sure everything is good as well. Park office has always been open and when I call Angel is answering or call me back before I can finish a voicemail. Great changes Management! :)The resident manager is terrible. I was warmed by several agents and residents that she is a rude person that's never in her office during the already limited office hours. She won't even let someone apply without an appointment.She is very condescending and in fact never in her office. She called me a liar and is very unprofessional. I am continuously having to go to the owner of the park as the manager is not able to manage. 2 buyers have backed out the day they came to see her and now this will is number 3 over a 20% rent increase.She's scaring away potential buyers and sellers want to sell to get rid of her. She's keeping property values down and preventing owners from selling. It's just a matter of time before Olympia is sued and loses.
