OLLIE RV PARK Reviews
We had a great experience! Site was nice and clean. Perfect for a one night stop! Lisa was wonderful to work with as we changed our arrival date a week before. Her sweet southern accent is both warm and genuine. We had great WiFi and it was quiet for being right off the highway. Although I appreciate the lighting at night, it does seem a little over powering. A fenced area for dogs to be off leash would be a great addition! We would stay again!

Jan 13, 2025 · Rachel BrickerI don't recommend this park unless you don't have any other options. I wasn't going to leave a review due to it being so negative, plus I respected the owners wife even with her talking to me like I'm stupid on more than one occasion. This changed when both my card and my husband's cards were run without authorization from me or him! I'm beyond mad and disgusted with this woman and how she handles business at this point in time!! I will never be coming back here after wasting 9 months at this place to be treated and talked to like I have been. We were here for work and only stayed due to not wanting a 30 min drive to work. When we first got here on our invoice we was charged for there state, city, and the land tax on top of the rent and the electricity which is separate after a few months they stopped charging us for it. While here, they busted peoples windows and cut up our sewage hoses and water hoses. We were constantly worried about our stuff when they mowed we had the buy replacement hoses while here. We know a few people who got their windows busted, and they spent months of arguing to get their windows replaced. We were constantly being asked when we would be leaving. Even after they were given a possible checkout date. When things changed, I kept her in the loop as much as possible. To extend the stay was no problem until she started getting tired of dealing with us. She stated their was no room, and we would have to leave for a night and come back. After our boss spoke with some people because she was kicking out our company we were all able to stay sonce most were their about a year. Just for the rv park to be pretty much empty 3 days later. When dealing with her about extending our stay, she was very unprofessional and rude. I don't appreciate her rude back handed comments she thought we're appropriate. She proceeded to tell me we was an inconvenience to her job, while trying to extend our stay another month since the job wasn't over yet. She also let me know maybes, and I don't knows don't work for her or her system. She's trying to run a business, and she needs dates. (The saw mill in town decided they had more work, so the job was extended until they finished up what they needed done) No one is there if you need something. You have to call or text the owners wife. Theirs only two days out of the month shes in the make shift office for an hour each day in the overpriced laundry mat.
May 03, 2024 · Burgandey MitchellContinued from last review!! Theirs a paper that we signed and in it said its only for rv park residents but its a lie everyone uses it along with rhe dumpster. The wifi sucks it's constantly saying network unavailable. Also all day long random people drive around looking at the rv park, sometimes people are on mowers just driving around and four-wheelers and atvs. Once a month a lady in a black car drives through knocking on doors asking for money during the day. The water smells and has a layer of chemicals on it. It made us sick when we first arrived. We had to switch to bottled water for all cooking and drinking. They had men come lay concrete around the septic and didn't bother to inform anyone they would be there working. I woke up at 8am to voices right outside my camper scared me half to death this happened on several diffrent occasions. When we left the rv park it was around 4am to early to text or call anyone so I was waiting to text and let her know we left but we didn't have phone service. When I got a little service I get a message "I see where yall left the park. I need to know what credit card you want me to run to pay your April electric bill." Before I could reply I lost service again. Instead of waiting to get our authorization for her to run our card, or even a responses she takes it upon herself to run my card which was declined so she proceeded to run my husband's card. Which he was unaware of until he got a notification when we got to family’s house and hooked to their wifi. We will never stay here again, nor will we recommend it to our friends doing the same thing with other companies!!! This was the worst experience we have ever had with an rv park and a owner's wife, when traveling for work.
May 03, 2024 · Burgandey MitchellStayed here with my kids while visiting family. It was nice to have a spot close to town. Was clean and quiet. The water did not taste bad. Saw this on another persons review
