Olive Hill 55+ Manufactured Home Community Reviews
All winter the pool was Not heated at all. Barely warm in the fall. The pool needs to be scrubbed and fixed up around the edges. They ,the edges, should be redone bcz they scuff your skin easily. The bathrooms are Hardly unlockedand the hours of the pool should be revised for summer. The juniper smell like cat piss, male cat spray. Many people drive to fast. In between the mobiles, the bushes have overgrown like trees and the views are skimpy, plus fire hazards. Need to be cut down to bush, hedge size and also cleaned up in between. The olive trees area should be maintained with sprinklers to keep it green and a better walking path all around the complex needs to be there.Don't know why there are children Living on site. A manager for this senior park ought to also be 55+ or grown children at least to understand better the Needs and Wants of the residents. They have rules that are unattainable, but don't adhere to them themselves.
Jul 05, 2025 · De Garcia LIGHTLE (DeLight)New manager is RUDE! The grounds are a mess with weeds to your waist in the dog park area. Children driving the golf cart that is there for the management to use. It has not been a good transition to the new owner.
Jun 25, 2025 · Lagina LowryOlive Hill is not safe. We have had two thefts in the last month. Being a senior community I guess the thieves have figured out they have a target rich environment. We are remodeling. They stole our custom windows. They also hit other folks here. We need the management to review their security protocol. They could put in gates or a security guard. We have a new manager that is working hard to address. We don't have a manager on site every day because she has to cover two parks. The previous district manager was completely rude to us. No respect or responsiveness for the folks here. She said corporate didn't have to follow California law.
Dec 13, 2024 · Janie DysartThis place used to be an excellent place for seniors. It has gone through management changes and now it has truly gone downhill. The residents are great, I just wish they would uphold their requirements- there are druggy people wandering around at times that they don't kick out, cars parked in the road that creates safety concerns for driving and walking (used to be a lot of residents that walked the park regularly), the yards look shabby. The manager is never on site, always saying they have other parks they need to be at. Unfortunately it has really gone downhill. It was one of the nicest parks, I hope they get better managers that can return it to what it used to be.
Sep 08, 2024 · Gina HouseWell Dear public, opinion changed for a final time. We are being forced to sale and move. Our lovely granddaughter was left without a guardian , it was either child protection services or us her loving grandparents. Now that she is safe and well taken care of we are being forced to sale because this park doesn't have any compassion or reasonable accommodations to accommodate us in this very unfortunate situation we find ourselves in. Where will we go????
