I'm renting a mobile home just above Soquel creek. The view off the back deck is really beautiful!!! Across the street, behind Soquel High School is a county park where I can walk to do a 1-hour hike every morning. It's only a half block to the post office and several cafes and restaurants. Only 3 minute drive to Safeway.
May 30, 2025 · Ken DouglassIn major flood plain/zone.Owner of this park is neglectful.Roads have many potholes, laundry room is inoperable, landscape maintenance is much needed and lack of lighting throughout the park ... parking is a problem!Owner has ghosted the park community when park flooded and left mass amounts of mud on the streets.Residents have pleaded with owner to clean up the park.On a positive note, the residents are friendly and care about their neighbors!
