They're Protected by Law! Hooray 🙌 and Also less Rats. It's a Nice place! A lot of new homes and Renovations done by Owners, People really don't give you a Problem. But Like other Reviews said, Management is Rude and Condescending. They really just hate anyone for No reason. It really doesn't hurt to be a little nice. This guy I met said that Management constantly bother him even though he lives there. That's just Crazy!. But Hey I just live here, that's all I know lol
Feb 26, 2025 · Dubl3 EEWas looking into getting a place there but after seeing one home I'd rather not. Way to many run down homes with plastic for windows or boarded up. It's obvious that the majority of people living here don't care. There are some nice homes but those are few and fair between. I'd look elsewhere.
Feb 22, 2023 · Eric MI love to live here! Nice people, never had any problem after living here over a year.. gracias por todo
Mar 11, 2024 · Marco PerezI am a school bus driver. I come to pick up my kids and take them home. People seem friendly and will wave at the bus. Streets are wide enough to get down. A large number of children, dogs, and feral cats. My friends who live here have had problems in the past but the office staff is better now.
Oct 10, 2017 · Elizabeth GoldingLived in the park for a long time, couldn't use the yard due to how mushy it was. Spurting of mud at night and would have huge mounds in the morning. Called health department and some other department came out and managed to pull out some very large cray fish. Had great neighbors even though the grounds had alot of broken glass etc.
