It is important for prospective residents to consider all feedback, both positive and negative, to gain a balanced understanding of the living experience at Oasis Hot Springs Mobile Home & RV Park. Some residents have expressed significant concerns that warrant careful consideration. Issues highlighted include a history of frequent management changes, with one resident noting four different managers within eight months. There have also been reports of rent space being raised twice in one month, which can cause financial instability. Concerns about unresolved maintenance issues, such as an uncovered manhole in a yard for months, point to potential challenges in receiving timely repairs. Furthermore, pervasive loud music blaring from early morning until late at night on weekends has been cited, significantly impacting the peace and tranquility of the living environment. Feelings of discomfort and a lack of safety due to past managerial behavior and general noise levels have also been expressed. Challenges with laundry services from a previous provider were mentioned, though recent upgrades indicate efforts to address this specific issue. These points suggest that while the park offers attractive amenities like the hot springs, potential residents should diligently inquire about current management stability, rental policies, maintenance responsiveness, and noise regulations to ensure the community aligns with their expectations for a calm and secure living space. Oasis Hot Springs Mobile Home & RV Park Reviews
A manager a while back tried getting into my house and kept walking around our space. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable around someone my whole life. I’m glad they changed the laundry machines though, I can wash clothes without looking for quarters everyday. I’m also glad I haven’t seen that guy in months.
Mar 20, 2024 · Confusd JesusWe have gone thru four park managers in the last eight months. They have raised the rent space TWICE in one month. There has been a manhole in my yard uncovered, not fixed for months. Management kept saying "they are working on it". Its Saturday now and super loud music has been blaring outside since early morning till late again like last night. It's all pretty frustrating and disgusting when I pay rent always early or on time. Does not feel safe or calm and tranquil living environment. Cannot move because I was in hospital over a month, home now. Lack of funds. The laundry service Dadson is a total rip off, read google reviews!! they have so many complaints Better Business Bureau. Wont ever be doing laundry here!!!!
Jun 19, 2024 · Tonya M GalangI love my own place when I come home I feel safe and it's a peaceful place. But management? Hmmm isn't very attentive nor listens to the communities grievances (?) I have 3 direct neighbors, at least 2 of them doesn't have nice to say to the management. And the manager particularly? Said something about me to my neighbor and she said negative things about my neighbor to me. Nah! I don't care what she says... She's answerable to God of what her wrong doings. But overall though, I think it's good. If you're not very picky and doesn't care about the communities cleanliness? This place is good, not manicured nor very clean but good enough. As long as you don't deal a lot with the management. I asked the management to send my statement to my email 3x in 3 separate occasions since I don't live there now, they still kept sending it to the house instead of to my email. I will try to give them self stamp envelope so they can send it to me, let's see what's going to happen. I'll update this review.UPDATE: Wow! I got my statement in my email 😊. Hopefully this is the start. I don't need them to send it to my house but to my email and it's happening, hallelujah.
