Oakwood Village Reviews
My experience is that the manager"Danielle" will act like you're best friend and be the main one stabbing you in the back to make sure other tenants look innocent . I know that I say the truth and I'm having some pretty nasty things done to me that one human shouldn't do too another. I'm facing terrible felonies due to the things that the"Park Manager" turns a blind eye to! I've had enough and have a lawyer looking into what I can do to make sure these people who live in the park who are involved get what they deserve knowing I'm on social security and disability because I'm mentally disabled..... You people WILL get what's coming to you....The police of tomah and Monroe county sheriff are involved as well because of the tenants of the park are personal levels with the law enforcement"clicks"! It's like their a gang who mentally and emotionally beats down people like myself and they get away with it....
Jul 05, 2024 · Jimmie Wilson (The sober me!!)The owner refuses to fix damage done to trailers in lane 4 that was caused due to external water damage and instead is attempting to evict residents and harass them by getting their vehicles towed over minor violation of park rules along with multiple other Petty actions. She's trying to get everybody out so she can raise the rent and I know several of the tenants tenants are planning on taking her to court so if I were you I would steer clear of trying to get into this place at all at this point in time
Apr 29, 2022 · KJ DingmanThe park managers goes above and beyond to help out with any issues we have had, if any. She always tries to the best she can for the people that live here. 10/10
Jul 19, 2023 · stephanie elderThe owners (park managers) may seem nice however they are not. My nieces water pipes and meter froze in January from the cold. It has been 4 months and they still have not fixed the pipes or meter. They told my niece that she was not allowed to repair it herself. She is a low income single mother of 2. Her father the owner of Hauser Trucking is getting ready to get a lawyer and take legal action against the owners (park managers). Every time on a daily basis when they are contacted they have nothing but excuses as to why things still are not repaired. There are 14 other homes on that premises that need pipes and meters as well and those individuals also get the runaround. We are giving Oakwood Village one week to get these repairs done on my nieces home or legal actions will be taken.
Apr 20, 2022 · Tena HauserLandlord rich does the bare minimum to maintain parks strict rules and expectations. for such a low quality park the inside of the trailer was as he stated "newly remodeled". in living there found more and more signs of laziness and lack of effort each day he expects to high of a price for the quality of the work he puts into the park. I'm am currently in the process of moving out and do not expect to live in this slum again.
