The neighborhood keeps going down the drain, the rent went up but the roads are getting worse and worse. The pool is close and it’s like the owners don’t care to invest some money back into the property. This is the road to enter the neighborhood you can lose a tire if you’re not careful. Just sad the condition of this roads and all the areas.

It is hidden from street view, the grounds are regularly maintained, and it is usually safe to skate, bike, run, or walk in the street.
Apr 24, 2021 · Kennedy JacksonRV's and PULL BEHIND"S BE WARNED AWAY!!!!!!Yes there is a few RV spots available in this run down trailer park, it is by NO means the resort they try to advertise it as. The security Gate is NEVER working... if the entry way side is opening and closing the exit side is just open... or they are both just open... Don't count on this as security ... it is just something to help you decide to move in... they don't tell you it never works.The first month I was there - January - they shut my water off... multiple times a week with out giving me any notice at all. I even called and told them if they continued to do that they were going to burn my hot water heater out, since I couldn't turn it off if I didn't know the water was going to be off. Well they DID just that... the hot water heater burned out... and they say it isn't their fault it is broken or their responsibility to fix.Then they have a lawn guy.. who starts mowing my lawn with out my permission (They did tell me the lawn was my responsibility when I moved in)... and then he continues to do so even after I have told him to stay the hell away from my RV... since He weed whacked through my water line and through my septic line, he weed whacked my entire RV. When reported to the management, they said I should have covered them up and I didn't inform them soon enough (the time I found out was too late... should have been psychic and told them before it happened). SO that is NOT their fault or their responsibility either. The septic line was UNDER my RV... not much more covered up it can get. The water line... my hose was cut at the spigot... which I did not have any say so in where it was located... it was completely out in the open and they guy doing the lawn work should have...as long as his eyes were open... known better than to weed whack any place near it. But not only did this guy weed Whack through these things... all the while he was weed whacking MY TIRES, MY LIFE LINE, MY INTERNET CABLE, THE ENTIRE OUT SIDE OF MY RV ALL THE WAY AROUND IT!!!!!! But that isn't the managements fault or according to the management.. the lawn guys fault either. It is MY FAULT for deciding to park my RV in their park and pay an astronomical price to have my property destroyed ... NOT by vandals or other residents... but by the actual park EMPLOYEES.They have told me all the damage to my RV was MY FAULT ... NOT THEIR FAULT... and thus will not pay for any damages.I would STRONGLY advise anyone with an RV or Pull Behind ... IF you CARE about it... DON"T move here... they will destroy it for you and then tell you it is your fault.
