After being led on for weeks that we would receive our deposit back. We got told today we would not be receiving it due to breaking the lease. We gave a 30 day notice and we were moving due to safety issues in the neighborhood and house. We requested for months that our back and front doors be fixed and they weren’t. We paid rent on time for 2 years and had no damages reported on moving out. Also we got written up for other peoples trash in our yard and apparently toys look trashy in the yard also. They were outside toys. Please do not live here if you value your safety. There is absolutely no reason to not receive our deposit back. And we will warn everyone about the vineyards management company.

When we had the whole trailer park electric down they hurried around to get everyone back up and running as quickly as they could. Every year our rent goes up, including the year that COVID was happening and the president said that renters and utility company's weren't supposed to raise prices but they did. I still worked hard and paid my bills every month on time, recently the new owners have had a problem with the website, my rent was not taken out of my account, I had to pay by money order. Caused me some fees. Joseph and Nellie have always been accommodating with any thing that needs to be fixed or done for anyone. Been gracious with time to clean up or take care of matters that needs to be done. I have cancer, CHF, diabetes, HBP. I have nurse's coming and going. My wife takes care of me full time. I am so appreciative of the help I get from my park managers. They really care about people and take their job seriously. I have more to say but not enough room. Thank you Nellie and Joseph. The five stars are for them.

With every setback, Nellie and Joseph have given multiple solutions as well as openly communicated with us every step of the way. The unit is very nice with new appliances as well as a wonderful neighborhood that feels safe and friendly. I would recommend this location to all of my friends and family looking to move to Stillwater!

She isn’t like most landlords she truly cares and wants the best for her tenants. Thank you for that and corporate needs to give her a raise like a big one.
