November 01 · Deb OnealClean park with lots of deer. Owners need to have it gated as it doesn’t feel safe here. Since I have been here a year and a half, I’ve had my car broken into in my own carport, had a peeping tom peeking in my window at night and a crazy neighbor taking pictures of us in my own backyard. Some neighbors are really nice and some need to mind their own business.
May 23 · KatieLots of deer. Very old park. Most houses here are over 50 years old. Neighborhood watch patrols around here like a con centration camp. Kinda nutso and weird
April 25 · Cindy LeeLove it here. It's quiet, and friendly. Great place to walk, or hike. Lots of deer. Close to Bass Lake and very close to town. We appreciate the office staff and Maintenance crew.
April 25 · Sirens ClosetFor a mobile home park it isn't a bad area or place to live. The people are all friendly and its one of the busiest mobile home parks that I've been to. Its clean and everyone's yards are fixed up nice. They all seem ready and willing to help their neighbors with anything they might need. They really look out for each other.
