Oak RV Park Introduce
Oak RV Park, located in Chehalis, Washington, serves as a highly practical destination for RV travelers, particularly those seeking **long-term stays** or requiring specific accommodations for **commercial vehicles**. Situated conveniently along a major state highway, this park provides the essential utility hookups and parking required for extended visits, making it a functional option for transient workers, commercial drivers, or individuals needing an affordable, stable base in the Lewis County area.
The park's focus is on utility and practicality over luxury amenities. It offers **RV camping** sites and accepts a **Camping fee** in exchange for the use of the lot and services. Residents often note that the park's primary strength lies in its **friendly community atmosphere**, with many experiencing positive relationships with their neighbors, describing people as "ok 👌 👍 and friendly enough." Furthermore, the on-site **manager** is often highlighted as a significant positive, lauded for being "really good" and doing "the best with what she has to work with."
However, Washington residents considering Oak RV Park must be aware that the community profile is unique. Public feedback indicates that the park may be **"run down"** with visual signs of disrepair, such as **"alot of blue tarps everywhere."** There are also public claims regarding administrative and structural issues, including **"code violations,"** reports of **"favoritism"** and **"discrimination,"** and management concerns related to the owner's involvement and payment transparency, particularly concerning the stated policy on **truck parking** fees. Prospective renters should conduct a thorough visit and clarify all site expectations and rental terms prior to commitment to ensure the park meets their needs and expectations.

Oak RV Park Reviews
Pretty good considering it's run down and alot of blue tarps everywhere. The people, for the most part were ok 👌 👍 and friendly enough, I had good neighbors on both sides. The manager was really good, she does the best with what she has to work with. The owner wants nothing to do with renters whatsoever except for that rent money, sometimes can't mind his own business, personally I never met him, my husband did....wasn't overly impressed. You're supposed to be able to park your semi (log truck/low boy) in the lot for free if you rent but he still tries to charge people sometimes. It's 100 bucks a month otherwise. Overall it was alright.
July 23 · Maria MariaA trap "R.V park" owner and property managers discriminate and practice favoritism. So many code violations the county would have a field day. Words can't express how bad this place is. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
April 29 · Nick DThis RV PARK is a joke!! Me and my daughter was there Friday night looking for her trailer that a couple named JASON HUNT AND DANYELL MARSYLA HUNT is living in and agreed to pay my daughter 2000.00 for trailer. They only paid 1000.00 and are not planning to pay what is owed. They have a small child and a dog in the trailer. Well, my daughter was told that she can't get HER trailer and was kicked off of property. This is very wrong and my guess is these ppl are into drugs. They have no right keeping this trailer. My daughter is legal owner. It is a 1985 Layton celebrity, 23 ft. License # 7324YN. Poor management and have been reported to better business bureau.
