Oak Grove Mountain Village Reviews
Liked living here, quiet neighbors that stay to themselves most of the time. Any time we had issues Barry sent people to fix it that day or the next. Got my deposit less than a week after we moved out. Barry was very respectful always to us, cheap rent. Also helped us out with getting appliances for a good price. Appreciate them.
Mar 16, 2024 · Connor SheldonI currently live there in this trailer park. My husband had a heart attack and the landlord worked with me hand and hand to make sure we were not out on the streetsHe also has completed every request I have given him and he works with me on letting me to do work on my trailer. It's not a bad place to live, it's very affordable and the landlord is very nice
Mar 16, 2024 · Siren NightengaleThis is a place to go when you are down on your luck. Poor upkeep. Trailers are molded and in need of a lot of repairs. Barry is the manager and he is a complete slumlord. He will let you work out your rent when you late. Then he always adding more you have to do. If you are looking for a place to live to get your life in order. This would be that place.
Feb 20, 2021 · Peggy WhitakerThis was my home and Barry Zeeman had a guy break into my home when my rent was paid plus I had last month and deposit my power was on and he was told by someone that I wouldn’t be back in the middle of the month on the 24th he broken in had a neighbor come clean out my refrigerator and they took what they all wanted then he contacted my family to sign a release of property to cover his illegal eviction! When I called him he said yes he knows he messed up but still has not replaced my stuff nor my $1800.00 plus caused me to be homeless which caused me to have a nervous breakdown and a year of my life! He is a rich man who gets rich off poor disabled people like myself! He is the worst kind of slum lord
Dec 26, 2020 · Brenda DavidsonThe rent is affordable, the community is family oriented and pets are allowed, with deposit. If you see bad reviews the vast majority were by tenants whom were not able to live free. This is a quiet neighborhood.
