There’s no pool and there’s no clubhouse, But the rent is higher than any other trailer park in town and they are going up again. It’s too expensive to live here. By the time you pay your trailer note and the lot note, you could be living in a nice three bedroom brick home. They need to reduce the lot payment instead of going up.
