NWA Hideaway Reviews
We have lived in 2 other spots in last 2 years. and this is the most honest, self contained, and friendliest. We have found our home finally. The manager is AWESOME!! The only thing they need is more washers and dryers.
Mar 16, 2025 · Al BartlettWe were here for about a year and were completely satisfied with our stay the entire time we were there. Very nice people! They were very attentive and kept everything clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a spot short or long-term that's decently priced as well.
Oct 23, 2023 · Jessica FrittsNice, friendly, nice and cozy spot to set up for a night, or a month or more. Better keep your dog on a leash though. They don't cotton to free roaming pets. But all in all I like it really well.
Apr 28, 2021 · Marshal RamseyIt was semi quiet. Lots neglected trailers. Laundry room was very dirty. Told the manager. Nothing done. Was informed that some men were hanging around the bath/shower room. Upsetting. Trash overflowing by Saturday not emptied till Monday. Lots of flies. We won't stay again.
Sep 29, 2020 · Faye AndersonThey charged my card to "hold" my spot that isn't even open yet. Didn't have a 30amp spot so they gave me a 50 Amp then proceeded to charge me for 50amps, which is kind of rip off because regardless of your amperage YOU pay an electric bill. They were very shady in my opinion, my wife called and is not very good with people and I feel like this lady took advantage of her and tried to take her money when we wouldn't even be there until 2 weeks later. And the woman told her it would only be a pending charge to "make sure our card worked". Just too many red flags before we even got there. Although I had no problem getting my money refunded, she told me after refunding my money that I no longer have a reservation because I asked not to ve charged anything until I've moved in and have accepted the spot.Edit: the below response from the owner in no way reflects how shady they were acting towards my wife. There wasn't any "miscommunication" they blatantly lied to her and took her money. Luckily we have 400 to spare otherwise it could have caused problems for us. Especially with me traveling in an ice storm yesterday.
