I'd give this place zero stars if it were an option. This guy is a slumlord, to put it nicely. He's rude as hell almost acts like he doesnt want your money, when I moved in the toilet wouldn't flush, and half the electrical sockets didn't work and I was told by Gary the landlord, well you can either move in or not but youre not getting your deposit back. Well fast forward a year, toilets still broke and still only have electricity in half the house had to take my kids to the store to use the bathroom..I signed a 3 month lease when I moved in, and once that was up he just made up the rules as he went along, raise your rent or whatever he wants and threatens to kick you out if you don't abide. please for the love of god, do not give this A hole your money, you've been warned - Aaron Crawford
