I have owned a mobile home in this park for the past 9 years. Been a top tenant, never been late on rent, never filed a complaint and never had a complaint filed against me. To all patrons in this park, Be advised the park owners, Burton A. Kalniz, Charles H. Sallah and Gregory A. Maceau and there management team have no regard for your safety. They have been put on notice for the removal of the unsafe gazebo structure in Lot M-10. This structure has no foundation and was built with substandard lumber and NO BUILDING PERMIT. Be advised that the possible collapse of this building is a threat to life and the entire Lot M-10 should be cordoned off until the removal of this structure. This is also NOT a parking structure and creates other safety issues to the neighboring Mobile Homes. - Bob Ford
