North Trail Village MHC Reviews
Kids can't play outside without other residents and maintenance staff filing complaints for kids being kids. The pet rules say no German Shepards, no letting your dogs out without a lesh, and no tethering dogs out. Several of my neighbors, including the maintenance man for this site, have German Shepards, and people all over the park let their dogs out without leashes (and/or tether their dogs out).Rent is RIDICULOUS. I have a three bedroom, two bath and it's $1,612/mo. Tenet pays all utilities (except trash; which is included in rent). If you don't mow your yard fast enough for them, they'll have someone to come do it for you & charge you for it. It's like having a super strict HOA in a trailer park, where only SOME people have to follow the rules.
