11month update went from 5stars to 0.I visited the park a few months ago while I was in the market for a home. At the time, the park was clean, well-maintained, and had a peaceful atmosphere. I spoke with management, asked about the rules and requirements, and left feeling very pleased with what I had learned. It gave me a great impression of the community.I've since been out of state, but recently learned that a friend moved into the park. Naturally, I shared my positive experience with them—only to be shocked by their response. They explained that things have drastically changed under the new management and maintenance staff.According to my friend, maintenance issues are now often ignored, and the new maintenance worker behaves inappropriately. They shared deeply concerning stories about him making crude, sexual comments about women in the community and even posting videos on TikTok related to his work—some of which include him allegedly hiding in residents' homes to get haircuts. I was disturbed by what I heard and decided to visit the park myself last week to see if things had truly changed.Unfortunately, what I saw confirmed their concerns. The park now resembles its less-cared-for neighboring community: weeds are overgrown, and cars are parked all over the place. My friend mentioned that many of these vehicles belong to residents, and even family members of staff or management assistants, contributing to the clutter.What’s troubling is that residents may feel afraid or discouraged from speaking up—especially if they believe management won’t take their concerns seriously. I have no fear of retaliation since I am not a resident, but I felt compelled to bring attention to this situation. This community has potential, but it appears to be slipping under its current leadership.I hope upper management takes the time to investigate and restore the high standards that once made this park so appealing.----I have been looking to purchase a mobilehome and finding good park that won't break the bank.Stop by at Ninth St. Mobilehome Park talked to the manager Teresa, and I was able to gather very useful information.Park rules are extremely easy and very straightforward.Would definitely keep in touch to see if they get any openings in my time frame.

Been living here for many years and it’s been a roller coaster these past few years with new stricter regulations on our properties like dictating how we use our space not being able to store our stuff outside even when out of sight.I’m not sure why management needs 3 reserved parking spaces and only allow guest to park in the extra parking spaces. Forcing a lot of residents to park on the street where multiple cars have been victims of broken windows and thief stealing their belongings. I have been victim to my car being broken into TWICE. When I tired to reach out to management about being able to temporarily park in the guest spots due to waiting on a new window I got no response. I have also heard of others voicing their concerns and the management rebuttals rudely with no sense of care. ONLY RENT HERE IF YOU FIT IN YOUR SPACES PARKING AND IF YOU’RE OKAY WITH RANDOM PARK WORKERS COMING INTO YOUR SPACE AND LOOKING AROUND TO FIND A REASON TO EVICT YOU!

If you're looking to buy a mobile home, don't look over here. They have NO PARKING spaces. I usually get home from work around 8-10 pm and have to park ON THE STREET because people don't park their cars in the damn driveways or park their cars in the center of the available parking spaces to save the parking for their other cars. It's ridiculous!! I've gone to complain multiple times & they don't listen, so has my neighbor & it's like they laugh at you. If you park anywhere else though they tow you in a second!! Also, there are way too many kids running around the street & it's nerve racking when driving around. Trust me, you're better off looking somewhere else!!!

Ghetto as hell!!!!!!!! people have no respect nor consideration for anyone. Management sucks also. they don't enforce the rules of parking instead of going after the actual problem people they go after the actual people who are following the rules. I don't want to give it not even one star but they make u choose so when u read this disregard the one star because they don't deserve it.
