The community's location provides residents with access to local amenities and is part of the greater Metro East area, which is adjacent to St. Louis, Missouri.

Its position in Madison County means that residents have relatively easy access to a broader range of facilities in nearby cities such as Alton, Wood River, and Bethalto. Major roadways are generally accessible, allowing for commutes to employment opportunities, larger retail centers, and medical facilities. For those working in or seeking entertainment in St. Louis, the location offers a manageable drive. Understanding the local infrastructure and the availability of everyday necessities is crucial for prospective residents, and East Alton offers the foundational elements for convenient living.
Given the nature of mobile home parks, certain standard services are typically offered. While specific details for Neumann's Olde Oak Ridge Park's explicit services beyond lot leasing are not broadly available in public records, we can infer common provisions found in such communities:
Lot Leasing: Residents generally lease the land on which their manufactured home is situated. This lease typically includes access to common areas within the park.
Community Infrastructure: The park management is typically responsible for maintaining the internal roads, street lighting, and utility hookups (water, sewer, electricity) up to the individual lots.
Waste Management: Many mobile home parks arrange for communal waste collection, providing a convenient service for residents.
Basic Landscaping/Groundskeeping of Common Areas: While individual homeowners are responsible for their own lots, management usually maintains shared green spaces and community grounds to ensure a pleasant environment.
On-site/Off-site Management Presence: A management team or individual is typically responsible for addressing resident concerns, enforcing community rules, and handling administrative tasks related to the park's operation.
Based on the provided information, certain aspects of Neumann's Olde Oak Ridge Park should be considered by prospective residents. It's important to present these factually to ensure a realistic understanding.
Established Location: The park is located at a specific address, 100 Wesley Dr #33, in East Alton, IL. This indicates an established presence within the community.
Access to Local Services: Being in East Alton, residents have access to local police services, which is evidenced by the Bethalto Police Department's involvement in incidents at the address. This suggests that public safety services are responsive to the area.
Community Awareness: The Bethalto Police Department's public statements regarding incidents at "the Wesley Driver Trailer Park" indicate that the location is known to local law enforcement. This can be a double-edged sword, as it highlights both vigilance by authorities and the occurrence of incidents.
Direct Contact Information: The park provides a direct phone number, (618) 259-7888, which allows for direct communication with management. This is a standard and helpful feature for prospective or current residents.
However, it is crucial to address the specific information provided in the customer reviews, as these represent real-world experiences and perceptions:
Reports of Law Enforcement Activity: Multiple reviews and official statements refer to "drug bust at same residence and same family" and a "search warrant in the 100 block of Wesley Drive" related to narcotics. This indicates a history of significant law enforcement intervention concerning criminal activity within the park. This is a critical factor for residents concerned about safety and the overall living environment.
Concerns about Management and Utilities: One review explicitly states, "I don't recommend this place at all it is terrible now I've rented up here for the last 2 years My electric was furnished in my rent but she has not paid her bill been without electric for 8 days she likes to everyone."
