Neighbors of Bradford, LLC Reviews
The management is pretty rude. Lawn service or maintenance guy seems like he's on drugs. They cheap out putting new trailers in costing new buyers more money in repairs. There are better options in town.
Jun 17, 2025 · LuigiWe have lived here almost a year now and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. After submitting several repair requests for our stove, it's still broken after almost 7 months of not being able to use it. The back door lock has been broken since we moved in and even though we have children they STILL HAVE NOT FIXED IT. Our water heater also went out and the only reason they fixed it was because it flooded the back bedroom and we refused to pay the rent until it was fixed. Tom and Connie both are rude and just really don't care what happens as long as the rent is paid. The owners have spewed racial slurs around my children who are mixed. I pay my rent on time every month but when I ask for a receipt they never want to give me one. I was having trouble with a Noisy Neighbor and they refuse to take care of it because they have been there for a long time and I guess they are good friends. My husband works during the night so he sleeps a lot during the day and I really think that because he is not white they discriminate against us. As soon as our lease is up we are out of here. I've been talking with a lawyer to and she says that I have enough evidence to prosecute them for discrimination, harassment, and creating and unsafe and disruptive living environment. Please believe me when I tell you that you do not want to put your family through the mess they seem to put everyone through who doesn't fit their idea of a good tenant. A good tenant to them would be white people that pay for all of the things that break inside your home that the landlords are supposed to fix and don't mind never getting a rent receipt.
May 15, 2020 · Lisa HerdGreat place to live, quiet, peaceful and no nosey neighbors lol. Jk, the people around here are very nice.
Oct 22, 2024 · Charles SWe stayed to ourselves, always paid our rent on time, we were quiet, clean, and always cooperative. Connie, the owner always gave me and my daughter a hard time when it came time to give me a receipt for when I paid the rent. She always called us a complainer every time I demanded a receipt for rent. I don't need a reason to ask for one. If I give someone hundreds of dollars of my money, I am not gonna just walk away without proof that I paid. That's just good business.DO NOT RENT HERE!
