Neawanna River RV Park Introduce
The Oregon Coast is an irresistible destination, whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or a long-term place to settle. For those who embrace the RV lifestyle or are seeking a flexible, cost-effective residential option, finding the right park that balances location, community, and necessary amenities is paramount. Neawanna River RV Park in Seaside, Oregon, offers a compelling mix, situated in the heart of one of the North Coast's most beloved resort towns.
Seaside, with its historic promenade, iconic Turnaround, and world-class surfing beaches, provides a vibrant backdrop for an RV community. Neawanna River RV Park is a unique establishment that serves a dual purpose: it caters to short-term RV tourists exploring the Oregon Coast and also functions as a small home community, accommodating residents seeking long-term stays, including mobile home and small apartment rentals on the property. This combination creates a dynamic environment where travelers and permanent residents coexist, fostering a distinct and welcoming coastal community. The park is noted for its friendly management and clean facilities, making it a reliable choice for visitors and residents alike.
For potential long-term residents, the reviews highlight that the rental fees are significantly more competitive than in high-cost areas like California, offering an attractive financial incentive to move to the Pacific Northwest. While some of the RV sites are noted to be paved, providing a clean, mud-free environment that is easy to maintain—especially for pet owners—the overall draw is the easy access to Seaside’s charming downtown and stunning natural surroundings. The park sits adjacent to the Neawanna River, a tidal estuary, which adds a peaceful, natural element often sought in a coastal setting.
Introduction / Overview
Neawanna River RV Park is a popular, year-round RV park, campground, and small residential community located in Seaside, Oregon, a lively city on the North Oregon Coast. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We recently moved here from California and found this beautiful place and love it here so much. It’s nice and clean. The rent space is nice and the rental fee is a lot better than California fees. It’s worth it. My kids are having a great time and love it here also. My husband and I found a gem and plan to stay for a long while. It’s a nice community with great neighbors. Management is great and they have great help also. Good customer service also which is hard to find nowadays. Thank you Adam! 😊
July 13 · Ruby WeberWe had a 20 day stay that we just got done with in July. It was a good stay. I was a little skeptical about staying on the blacktop at first, but it actually was nice to not have all the dirt tracked in and made it easy to keep the trailer clean. Especially with the two dogs I have. They really enjoyed the stay also. The abandoned high school down the street was convenient for them. The prom walkway started about a quarter mile down the street and was it easy bike ride. The Stevenson couple that ran the place did a great job of customer service focusing on a culture of having fun. And it was nice to see them doing the yard work and sword fight with leaf blowers. Thanks for the accommodations!!
August 12 · Thomas DoyleAfter experiencing a horrid experience at a different so called RV park we managed to find this RV Park with some availability. The ladies running this park are beyond amazing! The manager provided us with so much information and insight to the area and even assisted us in parking our travel trailer. The laundry facilities are super clean and the machines work amazing. The bathrooms and showers are super clean. You pay quarters for the shower yet we spent 75 cents for 2 showers. The property is clean, and quiet. Yeah you can hear traffic but it's not annoying in any way. We liked this park and the staff so much we extended our stay 2 extra weeks. These ladies are doing amazing jobs. There is completely full hookups and the water pressure is awesome!
July 22 · Joy GrezikThe owners are so nice. We are renting an RV and were unsure of setting up water/sewage and they helped us without hesitation. We will absolutely return if we are ever in the area. The spots are very large and easy to pull into. The bathrooms and laundry are very clean.
October 09 · Shannon BowenI have read many of the reviews and figured It was time I gave mine. I have personally stayed at nearly every RV park in Clatsop County including thousand trails, Ft Stevens, KOA, Circle Creek etc.. For me, this is the best one I have stayed at. The managers have gone above and beyond to accommodate me, even when I made reservations at the last minute. Instead of getting frustrated with me, they found a way to make it work for me. I have have bad experiences at other, higher end parks. In life, we will not all have the same experiences with places, all I can say is I’ve had my best one yet with this park, specifically because of the managers. The only reason I’ve been staying in RV parks this last year is because my son was killed and he only had this RV for a couple weeks prior and I’m not ready to give it up yet. It’s not always easy living in an RV but this place has been very good to me. So for that, to the managers, I want to say thank you! Very much!!
