It's such a lovely location. A place to "get back to nature" and enjoy the trees. My pups thoroughly enjoyed the dog play area nestled in the trees so they could sniff to their hearts content. The convenience of having propane fill on site is wonderful, along with the bath house and laundry facilities. They truly are trying to think of everything for short-term and long-term stays. Thank you for all the thought put into the Staycation.

May 19, 2025 · Brittney FosterStayed here for a good amount of time while waiting to find a permanent home. Someone else said in a review the place smelled like trash, they were absolutely correct! The trash was always over filled & you couldn’t get in contact with the office for days at a time. When we first got there, we were told there was already a “dog park” located there, when in fact, they hadn’t even started building it yet. The bathrooms & laundry rooms were always disgusting & multiple times I took it upon myself to clean it. Once I decided to move, I hadn’t had much time to change my mailing address & a package had accidentally been delivered there at the front office & was stollen by another tenant(I had text proof saying they have video of that tenant stealing our package). When I contacted the owner, she told me “maybe you shouldn’t have your mail sent here anymore, you don’t live here.” That was after I had very kindly told her we were moving, she seemed very unresponsive. She then had the “lady who had the office phone” block my number while still trying to locate my stolen property. I had no choice but to get the police involved & was able to get my package back. The tenant claimed “they didn’t see my name on it” after already being contacted by the office to return it to the office. I would not trust these owners.
May 19, 2025 · Brittany VaughanI originally booked for a month because the RV I was purchasing was going to be delivered there. First I needed to change my arrival date which they were very accommodating on. Unfortunately I ran into issues with the dealer and cancelled the Rv purchase and had to then cancel my month reservation. Michelle once again was terrific to work with. I would definitely book with them again in the future. Very nice people to deal with. I was coming here, because I already had family staying at this park and they too have been very happy with their stay.
May 11, 2025 · Jill KallasBe warned to those with children. Their website explicitly lie about background checks or being a family friendly location. During our stay, we had our packages stolen by another resident and it took the owner a month to do anything about it (and it was due to another, more serious complaint that finally lead to action). It is very nearby train tracks, which are very active and noisy in the middle of the night. On that note, their neighbors like to regularly shoot for fun outside. For what they charge and where they are located, you would hope for more. I would not recommend this place.
