This feedback suggests that the provision and quality of some of these services, particularly road maintenance and general upkeep, may be an area of concern. Prospective residents are strongly encouraged to directly inquire about the current state of these services and the park's maintenance protocols to ensure their expectations are met.

Apr 29, 2025 · Bryce CollinsNot to bad of a place. The roadways through the trailer park need some serious filling. Looked at one trailer and you can see the light outside coming through the walls in places. The living room doesn't even have a light on the ceiling. No lights in living room at all.Great location though. Just needs some work. Would love to raise my star rating. Hope to see wonderful upgrades
