Mountain View Manufactured Home Community Introduce
For many Utah residents seeking affordable, established housing options outside of the traditional single-family home market, a manufactured home community can offer an attractive alternative. Mountain View Manufactured Home Community in Brigham City, nestled in Box Elder County, represents one such option. This community provides a space where residents own their home structure and lease the land, offering a unique blend of homeownership perks and managed community living. For those looking to put down roots in Northern Utah, particularly individuals on a fixed income or those transitioning to a new phase of life, manufactured home communities are a practical and often quieter option compared to apartment complexes.
The experience of living in any manufactured home community is deeply influenced by the quality of management and the overall environment. At Mountain View, the community's manager, Elizabeth, is frequently highlighted by residents for providing exceptional service. She is described as "absolutely awesome" and "so sweet to work with," offering a critical point of positive support and communication within the community when issues arise. A strong, responsive management presence helps foster a sense of stability and care, which is a major factor in resident satisfaction.
However, like many properties managed by larger corporate entities, residents have expressed concerns about the increasing cost of living, noting that corporate rent increases have sometimes occurred without noticeable improvements in the physical park infrastructure or services. Additionally, there have been significant and frequent reports regarding the park's maintenance—specifically concerning a named maintenance employee's lack of responsiveness. For residents, particularly those on fixed incomes or those with mobility issues, access to timely and reliable maintenance for home and lot issues is absolutely critical. While the manager's personal support is a highlight, prospective residents should factor in the reported inconsistencies in maintenance and the corporate decisions regarding lot rent when considering a long-term commitment. Overall, the community presents an opportunity for accessible living in Brigham City, anchored by the dedication of its site manager.

Choosing Mountain View Manufactured Home Community in Brigham City is an investment in a specific lifestyle centered on affordability and a strong personal management connection. For many Utah residents, manufactured home living is a vital pathway to home ownership without the prohibitive costs of a traditional house and land. Here, residents can enjoy owning a home—some brand new—in a prime location that provides mountain views and immediate access to city life. The presence of an outstanding manager, Elizabeth, who is noted for her compassion and responsiveness, offers a crucial buffer against potential corporate or maintenance issues, ensuring that residents have a dedicated person to turn to when facing an administrative challenge.
It is worth choosing Mountain View for its stable location and the quality of the manager-resident relationship, especially for individuals who highly value that personal, helpful touch from on-site personnel. However, prospective residents should enter the community fully aware of the reported challenges—the corporate nature of lot rent increases and the specific difficulties noted with the maintenance staff. This means that while the core elements of the community (location, manager, affordability) are strong, residents should be prepared to be proactive in coordinating home repairs or addressing maintenance concerns, especially if they are on a fixed income and depend on reliable, cost-effective service. Ultimately, Mountain View is a great choice for those seeking an accessible, conveniently located, and manager-supported form of affordable home ownership in the beautiful Brigham City area.

Mountain View Manufactured Home Community Reviews
My mom is living in the park. The maintenance guy Ken you can't even get him to answer any of your calls or messages to come fix something that my mom not able to do. My mom had to call other people to come fix things. I thought maintenance are there to fix things. Definitely not Ken. At the very beginning when he did become a maintenance when he first started he was really good. He's now a horrible maintenance. The residence here needs a better maintenance guy than him. He's more worried about sleeping around with anyone in the park. I know of three people he's been with besides his wife. Elizabeth the manager is absolutely awesome. She is so sweet to work with if we have a issue. My mom loves her trailer and don't want to move. It's hard for my mom to fix anything and don't have a whole lot of money when she is on a fixed income to keep getting other people to come fix stuff that Ken can do but sure don't want to do his job. Please for the love of god do not live here until they get rid of the maintenance Ken or you will have to call someone else to come fix something because he won't do it or can't get a hold of him.
June 01 · Michelle BrownExpensive to live here. Corporate raises the rent and the tenants get nothing in return. Bought my trailer from them, paid 💵 100 thousand dollars and they didn’t even knock any off. My trailer is brand new and the walls are cracked.door knobs fall off, towel rack is missing a screw, and my trailer is so uneven I can’t open and shut my back door. They don’t even come and talk to the tenants about any problems.
May 31 · Billie WilliamsI sold my trailer in this park a few years ago. I called the office to ask the proper procedure and what they needed from me. I followed their instruction and supplied copies of the documents and the new owners information. I now, 2 YEARS later, am being sent to collections for rent on a trailer I didn't own nor live at during the time of this back rent. I have contacted the new owners who say that the old manager did not note anything and there is no paperwork to be found that the trailer was sold. I asked can they call the last managers, who did know of this sale, but they don't think they will give them the info. Honestly, I think they wouldn't take the old managers word for it anyway so they don't want to bother?? I supplied the documents again and after months still there is no answer to what they can do to help me. I have a collection agency calling me who say that the Mobile Park Management will not return their calls and they are continuing to collect on a dept. I can't get anyone to answer their phones (old and new number) and there is never anyone in the office EVEN during posted hours. I am going to have to get a lawyer for this and this is effecting my credit. "Live here at your own risk"
September 05 · Elaine TippettsThe people are so friendly and the manager was so sweet and helpful. A few of the trailers are out dated. But they are fixing to move in new modular home's, rent to own. Bad credit is not a problem, easy financing.
July 15 · dawna evansSadly it’s not as nice to live here anymore, when we moved in 2 and a half years ago it was perfect! Since then…. I just do not think they actually care about the residents….. I love the manager…. But corporate is greedy
