They prey on vulnerable elderly tenants (honorably discharged veteran)be sure that your monthly income never drops below their "mandatory financial requirements " regardless how long you've lived there, and regardless if your current on your space rent because they will evict you and put a lein on your home, putting you out on the street without a drop of empathy or feeling of guilt for doing elderly tenants dirty. Truly despicable property management.
