Aug 26, 2023 · Tracy GetcyThere are so many potholes in there you can damage your car be careful. They are crooks say you are behind in rent when you're not try to evict you. Most of all the trailers are falling apart only reason my daughter is living there is because they were having some financial issues that are thankfully cleared up. They are moving soon!!!
Dec 27, 2023 · nina allenI’ve been here for over 2 years. Went from one trailer to another and they haven’t fixed anything. They are prone to evicting petiole but don’t want to fix anything they are supposed to before I moved in my new trailer. My siding was missing a lot, hole in my roof causing black mold went threw 2 beds from it leaking. Don’t answer when you text or call, no one is every in the office to collect rent. I’ve had a money order for a whole month because I won’t leave it in the drop box with no receipt. They are trying to say I’m 3,000 behind which I have all receipts for my rent!
May 25, 2023 · Ashley KnoxSuper disappointed met with the new owner who at the time was very nice and we talked about a trailer that was coming for rent turned in everything that he said that we needed and then he told us that it was going to be over a week before he would get back to us which at first I thought was weird because I've never had to wait that long for an approval on any trailer I've ever gotten into but we waited time came around and I tried to contact him and he ghosted us I have no idea why there was nothing said just completely avoid it all text messages and phone calls a very disappointing
Aug 13, 2024 · ashley evansThey do not care about the security of your home or belongings. I trust no one and they have shown to have untrustworthy people. People coming to my home when I’m not. Leaving dirty boot prints all over clean car mats outside! I’ve turned a disgusting unkept trailer into a beautiful home to get treated like this and have STILL yet to receive the ledger I have asked for the last almost two weeks. Enough is enough.
