Modoc RV Park Reviews
My husband & I stayed here from March until August while he was working in the area. The owner Seth & the onsite manager Rod are helpful, easy to talk to & they don't allow disruptive or rude tenants to stay. It's a small park without a lot of frills but clean & taken care of. Most importantly, it's quiet & peaceful, exactly what we like. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area.
Sep 12, 2024 · Christine WagnerGreat place. The owner, Seth, is great. There is a neighbor that lets his dog (Collie??) run loose while the neighbor is inside his camper, and it has tried to run off our cat whenever we let her outside for a bit. I'm sure if we notified the owner, he would do something about it. I'm just going to say something to the neighbor. It's a shame people don't want to be responsible for their dogs.
May 04, 2025 · CC 1983My family has stayed here for the last 6 months and have nothing but great things to say. Pet and family friendly campground. Quiet and very spacious lots.
Sep 01, 2024 · Regina YarbroughBad water, tested very Unsafe. The owner makes threats when you leave. Tries to charge double periodically. The groundskeeper that lives there stats up all night creeping around and causes havoc. He even beat on a dumpster with a sledge hammer at 3am one night. He also harasses women when they go there and actually caused one to leave because she was extremely scared of him.
