It was a really good place to lived for the price,but since the new manager came rent increases every year now it’s like living on the price of the nices mobile park but with out the nice part no swimming pool, no gym and no event salon, and they put the reason is because of the cost of maintenance, really you don’t see no one cleaning the streets or removing the snow from the street, office says open but it’s not you ring the bell or knock no answer you call and you have to leave a message so what it’s the reason to get the rent up every year I started at $380 now it’s going to be $800 and I haven’t been here that long. - Spring
