It’s a pleasant family mobile home park. Clean, quiet, space rent is in the lower end compared to other parks in San Dimas. Relaxed house rules. Little to no vacancies. Beautiful variety of plants and trees in the common areas maintained by park management as well as in most the spaces maintained by the residents themselves. There’s hardly any convenient guest parking. A few parking spots at the front entrance to the park near the office and that’s it. All other parking are assigned spots to the mobile homes. There is free day parking out on the street (W Covina Blvd). For overnight parking you need to purchase a permit from the city over by the sheriffs office.

Jul 01, 2024 · Ric DominguezI have alot to say about this my grandpa lives here and me and my family visit him from out of state and we see the neighbors and they are so rude to my grandpa some are very nice but some can be really rude and mean back in 2017 i lived here with my grandpa for 1 year and it was fun cause the neighbors where nice and all that it has a clubhouse and a swimming pool and its fun and a hot tub and a place for doggos to go play and stuff where you can pick up the dogs litter its cute tiny little homes with backyards and all that its close to a hospital schools and all that sooo ye have a nice day if you are seeing this and merry Christmas!!! 🎄
