Mobile Home Corral & RV Park Introduce
For Oregon residents seeking affordable homeownership or stable, long-term RV accommodations in a premier metropolitan location, the **Mobile Home Corral & RV Park** in Beaverton offers a uniquely desirable solution. Established in 1959, this park has a long-standing history of building a community right in the heart of downtown Beaverton, Oregon, just off of Highway 217. It operates as a dual-purpose property, providing spaces for both permanent manufactured homes and dedicated spots for **long-term RV parking** on a month-to-month basis.
The primary strength of the Mobile Home Corral is its unparalleled **walkability and access to public transportation**. Residents enjoy a rare blend of quiet community living with the immediate convenience of a highly urbanized area, with the Max train, public transit, and major interstate access all within close proximity. This makes it an ideal choice for commuters, students attending nearby colleges, or anyone who prefers a car-optional lifestyle. This central location often leads to the park being at **100% occupancy** for both its mobile home sites and RV spaces, necessitating a waiting list for prospective residents.
The community places a strong emphasis on maintaining a **clean, safe, and happy environment**. Residents consistently praise the park for its quiet atmosphere and well-maintained facilities, including a nice laundry facility and a community clubhouse. The ownership and staff are frequently highlighted as personable, kind, and attentive, creating a welcoming social environment. Customer testimonials specifically note the positive presence of attentive security, who are seen checking the property daily, contributing to a strong sense of safety for all residents, including veterans who have received special gestures of gratitude from the owners.
The manufactured homes within the community are often owned by the tenants, which fosters stability and personal investment in the neighborhood. Homes range in size, including both single-wide and double-wide units, many of which have been recently renovated. All mobile home tenants and RV renters must undergo a criminal and credit background check as part of the approval process, a measure that management utilizes to help maintain the safe and desirable community that residents appreciate.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Upon arrival, the owner greeted my Dad with the most beautiful gesture of gratitude for his service in the Military. He and his wife are deeply kind people and you can see that their RV park is an expression of that. His lovely wife and attentive staff also play a large role in keeping the RV park a safe and happy place to be. I love seeing the security passing by with a big smile and a wave. I feel safe here and my parents did too.I've lived here for a few months and it's extremely quiet, clean and in walking distance to anything and everything you need. The Max train, public transportation and the interstate is right here. October 02 · Hallie
- This is a quiet park with a nice community atmosphere. It is walking distance from everything I need. UPS store, a large variety of restaurants, and the city train though I don't use it. Very well maintained. Nice laundry facility. An attentive security system and gaurd that I see out checking stuff every day. The owner and staff are very personable. They're full much of the time for good reason. February 19 · Jeffery Pourroy
- This is s nice place. The family is very helpful. Some of the folks have lived here for 10,20+ years. Have heard there used to be more activities when grandpa was boss. May need to see how we can spark interest and have gatherings agian,. It's like camping all year round. Think it's the creek that cuts thru that brings ducks and other creatures. It's cozy,!
