Mill Pond Mobile Home Park Reviews
When I say unprofessional and rude and don't like to put money back into these homes. Then yes I'm speaking about millpond. We've been living here for almost a year and been having issues with this place and yes the office manager knew about every issue but yet instill they overlooked every issue. But today I get a text and basically being rushed to make a decision today as to moving to a new unit when we asked about that months ago and was told no. All they could do is break the lease. But now today it's we need your answer today. Well my home been needing maintenance for over a year. We never been late on rent until now. The HVAC system is outdated and worn-out which has my light bill up to higher then ever Because the duct work is all messed up so the heat goes everywhere instead of coming into the house. We have a mold issue that's been overlooked no one still haven't did anything about. But they want rent on time but don't want to put work in the homes the want to pay for. Floors falling in that nobody did anything about. But when you talk to them man the lady was rude, very unprofessional, she basically said forget what I was saying. Pictures coming soon‼️
