Midway Oaks Manufactured Home Community Reviews
The manager of our trailer park goes above and beyond out of her way to help everyone here! She believes in a second chance for everyone is deserved. My family has lived here for 4 yrs and she has always helped us when we need it the most! If your looking for a family oriented place this is it! We are doing a lot of new things here such as putting in a play area for our little ones as well as everyone here doing their part to help clean this place up and keep it maintained.
Jan 22, 2025 · Joker's Girl PaxtonI lived here for about nine months and it was quite horrible. The manager of the property neglected to tell me that there were roaches and bedbugs by the thousands. When I moved out I had to throw away most of my stuff. Not to mention I trapped and killed somewhere around 100 mice that were living in the walls. This place would be best torn down to the ground and rebuilt. There were domestic disputes multiple times a week and the cops would be driving around just as much. Stay far away from this place because even if you leave the apartment better than you found it, you still won’t get your deposit back. The laundry mat is really gross to. We found needles in the dryers and if you try to use the restroom in the laundry mat and the manager will put up a sign saying that she will call the cops for breaking in entering. Needless to say this is one of the worst places you could live. Just don’t do it.
