MeadowBrook Mobile Home Village Reviews
Worst place to stay not because the area is bad or anything but because the management/owners are the worst to deal with. They lie to you initially to get you in, take your money for down payment and then treat you bad with disrespect like they own you. The owners don’t stay in TN as they live in FL themselves, they have a maintenance guy who oversees the property and works from 7-3, but they don’t want you to talk to him, they don’t want you to call them, they will block your number, they don’t have an office person, and they complain when you try to communicate with them. So basically you are just treated like slaves to pay money on time because they think of themselves as god. Everything have to work in their favor and according to them you have no tenant rights. Everything you say or do, will be used against you. If you do plan to move in with them sadly, make sure you get everything signed on the paper, they will never keep their word. If you want a reference from someone else besides me, you can talk to anyone at Truist bank in Johnson City where they have an account and listen to horrific tenant stories by the bankers. It’s trap! Stay away from them.
May 07, 2023 · Tiffany BigelowI've lived here over a year, and its been a pretty decent place to live, but damn they are picky as hell about everything, being here just a year they made us pressure wash the trailer even tho we haven't done anything to mess it up. I mean they are ridiculous bout things. I hate the management but it's a pretty place and not much traffic
Aug 15, 2022 · Austin LoanSomeSeems quite there n the Mobile Homes r newer/or brand new. He said they started 3 yrs ago and by looking it's come a long way from the old Trailers to modern day Mobile Homes. Seems like a good place to live from being an outsider.
Dec 11, 2016 · Tabatha Torellio (Tabby)They have some nice trailers in there they also have it man that owns the place that let you rent to own but when you rent to own you pay a lot more money for it but if people don't have no credit he tries to help you that's where he get you you have to pay a downpayment and actually I believe they are a little too much to pay for the place they try to sell you but they do keep that place clean and they don't allow no kind of mean people in there if they have any problems with people fighting or anything or getting into arguments and aggravating their neighbors they will be evicted overall that would be a good place to live if you just want to rent a place
